Recently, Li Yonghui, Deputy Director of the Center for Special Drug Inspection under the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), led a team to the Beijing Cosmetics Evaluation and Inspection Center to conduct research on the on-site inspection mechanism and technical requirements for cosmetic registration and filing. As an authoritative testing institution, EWISH was invited to the meeting. Together with representatives from regulatory authorities, industry associations and cosmetic enterprises, EWISH conducted in-depth discussions on the standardized, scientific and refined development of on-site inspection for cosmetic registration and filing.

The meeting focused on core topics including key inspection items, judgment principles, standard testing procedures and system construction for on-site inspection of special cosmetics and new cosmetic raw materials. It aims to deepen collaboration between regulatory authorities and research institutions, improve inspection efficiency, and smooth communication channels between government and enterprises, so as to facilitate the high-quality development of the cosmetics industry through scientific supervision.  

During the meeting, based on its frontline testing experience, EWISH put forward professional suggestions covering process optimization of testing institutions, key technical points for on-site inspection, guarantee of data authenticity and testing specifications for new raw materials. These proposals help improve the on-site inspection mechanism and enhance the collaborative efficiency between supervision and testing work.
